Pregnancies and childbirths are not always pleasant experiences. In fact for some they are downright traumatic. If you experienced a challenging or traumatic pregnancy or childbirth, then this session is for you.
The emotional pain and memory of a birth trauma can often contribute to post-natal depression or they can prevent us from wanting to have more children. Both of these are terrible outcomes that can often be avoided, and that’s why I’ve created this session.
When I found out I was pregnant I was terrified of the impending birth bit. After much stressful searching I eventually figured out that one of the major contributing factors for me was my own childbirth experience (as a baby!) that was buried deep in my subconscious. It was *this* that was causing me to cry for no reason and get into total panic whenever I thought about or read about childbirth. I held off having kids for years because of it, without actually realising that this was the reason. When I cleared it, using what I share with you in this session, it all lifted. What remained were all the other childbirth fears… and I had to work on them too! But my past birth trauma was a huge part of it. I share that with you because it’s not always going to be a previous childbirth experience as a mother that will affect you – it could be your own birth. But sure enough, if you’ve had horrid pregnancy or childbirth experiences, then this session will help with those too – whatever your own personal traumatic experience is that’s affecting you still today.
While I’m not guaranteeing that this session will completely evaporate any traumas you have, it will certainly make a huge difference to you. The reason is this – there could be other traumatic experiences contributing to your current situation that are not covered in this session.
By neutralising the birth trauma and the emotional pain, this session can leave you feeling much calmer and lighter in your mind so that your experience doesn’t weigh you down and you feel stronger.
This MP3 session lasts around 45 minutes and can be listened to as often as you like, but you will probably only need to listen to it once or twice to notice a difference.
