Stress is something that affects us all and some people are better able to cope than others. When we get stressed there are all sorts of ways that we may be affected;
- Difficulty in sleeping
- Emotional reactions and behaviours
- Inability to think clearly and calmly
- Butterflies or sickness in your stomach
- Digestive problems
- Skin flares up or becomes easily irritated
Do you get any of these?
It’s when we’re stressed that we REALLY could do with thinking more clearly and staying calm, but that’s when we find it the hardest. Well that’s what this session is designed to help you with: to feel calmer and lighter so that feel better able to cope with whatever it is that’s stressing you out.
However, please note, this session will not eradicate stress from your life permanently. The thing about stress is this: it’s made up of lots of smaller things in our life that affect us negatively with some affecting us more than others. It’s the accumulation of all those things that together creates the stress. So if you want to reduce your levels of stress permanently, you have to work at clearing all the little individual things that come together to give you stress. If you want to do that, then use our 5 Step process for working on the individuals things that stress you out. If that sounds like too much hard work, then why not book a one-to-one session.
